Claire M. Ralph

After qualifying with a London firm in 1994 Claire moved to a larger Practice where she gained valuable experience in Practice Management and Marketing. Claire joined The Carley Partnership in 2000 and became a Partner in 2002. Claire deals with a varied portfolio of clients in all fields. Dealing with audit, accounts and taxation she likes to offer a proactive business advisory service. Her particular area of interest is that of Corporate Finance. Claire advises clients on valuing their business, grooming it ready for sale and dealing with the sale process itself. She also advises clients in all aspects of purchasing a business from finance to due diligence.
Tanja Lawes
BA(Hons) FCA - Managing Partner
Tanja joined the firm in 1998 after graduating from Oxford Brooks University. She specialises in OMB limited companies, in particular helping clients to navigate all aspects of the first few years of set up and advising on tax efficiencies for the company and director/shareholders. She is therefore in a good position to help businesses as they grow and has experience in dealing with group companies. Tanja is also part of our audit team and advises clients in regard to bookkeeping software, in particular Kashflow and Xero. Tanja is the firm's Managing Partner dealing with all practice administration and IT.
Lucie M Boaler

Lucie joined the firm in 2002 after graduating from the University of Kent at Canterbury. She specialises in the Medical Specialist Department within the firm and deals with accounting, tax and superannuation issues, for General Practitioners, Locums, Partnerships and Private Consultants. She also advises clients in regards to book keeping software including Iris GP Accounts software and Sage as well as issues regarding VAT Partial Exemption.
David A Stacey
FCCA
David joined the firm initially in 1991 working primarily in the accounts preparation and audit functions. He left in 1996 to work for Moores Rowland and then subsequently with BDO Stoy Hayward. Having qualified with BDO, he returned to The Carley Partnership as a manager in 2000 and became an Associate on 1st January 2009. David specialises in limited company accounts and audits, and has experience in corporate finance and company secretarial matters.
